Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Be at least 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Pathologic diagnosis of IDH-mutant astrocytoma (WHO grade 2/3) after primary surgery: diagnosis in accordance with the World Health Organization Classification of Central Nervous System Tumours (5th Edition); 3.Biopsy/surgery to obtain sufficient paraffin samples that can be used for DNA methylation microarrays, next-generation sequencing, or FISH to determine whether there are changes in the short arm of chromosome 11; 4.The test and its results should be used in clinical research with an informed consent form signed by the patient (himself or family);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis unknown; 2.Combined with other malignant tumours; 3.Patients with serious underlying medical conditions or mental illness; 4.Patients lost to follow-up after the case is confirmed; 5.Poor patient compliance, incomplete information on treatment and regular follow-up assessment;
