Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old. 2.BMI 18-30 kg/m^2. 3. Undergo surgery under general anesthesia that is expected to last >=2 hours. 4. No severe hearing or visual impairment and able to read for neurobehavioral testing. 5. Willingness to be followed up after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is not expected to live longer than 3 months. 2. Preoperative clock drawing test (CDT) score <3. 3. History of dementia, mental illness, or any central nervous system disease. 4. Alcoholism and drug addiction.
