Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing elective surgery at Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Centre. 2. Aged 0-6 years old. 3. ASA grade I-III. 4.Children admitted to the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) for resuscitation after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unplanned intraoperative events (e.g., hemorrhage, cardiac arrest, anaphylaxis, etc.). 2. Children with severe head, neck, and facial skin disease or injury, ophthalmic surgery, or facial surgery that results in large areas of the face being covered. 3. Children with neurological or cognitive disorders or facial nerve dysfunction. 4. Post-operative children whose parents have not signed the consent form or who are extremely uncooperative with the photography, all of the above childr.
