20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged between 20 and 40; 2Planned elective cesarean section operation; 3American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade II-III; 4No contraindications to epidural anesthesia (such as infection, bleeding tendency, spinal deformity, etc.); 5There are no contraindications for cesarean section surgery (severe coagulation dysfunction, severe shock, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Serious dysfunction of vital organs; 2 Persons with mental, intellectual or communication disabilities; 3Heavy smokers, alcohol addicts or drug abusers; 4 Used opioids or other sedative and analgesic drugs within 72 hours before surgery; 5Those who are allergic to or contraindicated with opioids such as hydromorphone; 6 Patients with severe arrhythmia; 7Recent use of atropine, beta blockers and have an impact on heart rate.
