Interventions

Treatment Group:Bupivacaine hydrochloride injection, bupivacaine liposome injection, ultrasound-guided single injection administration in myofascial space.
Control Group:Celecoxib capsules, tramadol hydrochloride extended-release tablets, oral administration.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age of the patient was >=65 years old, and the ASA grade I ~ III; 2.Unilateral hip fracture was diagnosed by imaging data; 3.Surgical treatment is planned; 4. Pain visual analogue score > 5;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infection of nerve block puncture area; 2.Abnormal coagulation function; 3.Pathological fracture; 4.Compound fractures of other parts; 5.A long history of taking analgesic drugs; 6.Allergic history of local anesthetics, tramadol, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 7.Delirium or inability to communicate before admission
