Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: All patients who are willing to undergo sedation/anesthesia for digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment due to medical needs, aged >= 18 years, regardless of gender 2: BMI >= 28kg/m^2; 3: Generally speaking, patients with ASA grades I-III are in good condition 4: Check for good cooperation and smooth communication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients who refuse to undergo sedation/anesthesia during endoscopic procedures 2: ASA grade IV~V patients 3: Patients with indoor oxygen saturation <= 95% 4: History of sedation/anesthesia drug allergy or drug abuse 5: Individuals with comorbidities of mental illness, abnormal liver and kidney function, history of drug or alcohol abuse, severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, pregnancy or lactation, and other serious anesthesia risks
