Gold Standard:Residual low back pain was defined as a score >= 2 points (VAS score) after surgery.
Index test:Patients were divided into training set and validation set, and logistic regression analysis and model construction were performed according to the included indicators

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation based on imaging data and symptoms; After conservative treatment>=3 months still does not relieve the low back pain; The patient has complete clinical data; Age > 18 years and < 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with lumbar disc height less than 50%; Patients with lumbar spine tumors, history of low back pain due to other causes such as fractures or structural deformities; Previous history of lumbar spine surgery in the patient; Did not complete a follow-up period of at least 1 year.
