Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke, seeking medical attention within 7 days of onset; 2.The subject or legal representative is able to sign an informed consent form. 3.Age >=18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from mental disorders including schizophrenia, major depression with suicidal tendencies, alcoholism or other substance abuse; 2.Presence of other neurological diseases that can cause brain dysfunction (such as dementia or cognitive impairment, mental illness, brain tumors, Parkinson's disease, metabolic encephalopathy, encephalitis, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, normal pressure hydrocephalus, etc.); 3.Suffering from other serious diseases (malignant tumors or acute or exacerbated stages of diseases) such as heart failure, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.; 4.Patients who cannot follow up as required during the study period.
