Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Initial treatment SCLC: =18 years old. Histologically confirmed SCLC. VALG staging ES-SCLC or LS-SCLC without prior treatment. ECOG 0-2. At least one measurable lesion. Recurrent SCLC: =18 years old. Histologically confirmed SCLC. SCLC with progression after treatment with at least one regimen. ECOG 0-2. At least one measurable lesion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mixed small cell lung cancer. Transformed small cell lung cancer. History of other malignancies within the past 5 years.
