Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years; 2. Gelao; 3. Have a permanent household registration in the area under investigation (refers to those who have a property right house in the community and have lived in Zunyi for more than 5 years), and do not leave the investigation area during the investigation; 4. Agree to the investigation and sign the relevant informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 .Although there is a permanent residence in the survey area, but long-term living in other places; 2. Patients with severe schizophrenia; 3. Patients with severe hearing, vision and speech impairment.
