Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The longitudinal survey on the association between couple relationship quality and sleep quality. Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged between 18 and 65 years old;2) Having a fixed partner and cohabiting for a period of >= 3 months; 3) Having the ability to read and write in Chinese. 2. The experience of couple relationships among individuals with insomnia Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 2) In a stable marital or romantic relationship for >= 3 months; 3) Currently living with the partner (>= 4 nights); 4) The score of the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) is >= 11 points; 5)Having the ability to understand and speak Chinese. 3. Efficacy of embracing interventions for the treatment of insomnia symptoms among community adults in a committed relationship Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged 18-65 years; 2) Has a stable partner; 3) Currently living with the partner for >= 5 days per week (no requirement for sleeping together); 4) ISI score >= 10; 5) Owns a smartphone with internet access.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The longitudinal survey on the association between couple relationship quality and sleep quality. Exclusion criteria: Women who are pregnant or in the lactation period. 2. The experience of couple relationships among individuals with insomnia Exclusion criteria: 1) Women who are pregnant or in the lactation period; 2) Those with other sleep disorders besides insomnia. 3. Efficacy of embracing interventions for the treatment of insomnia symptoms among community adults in a committed relationship Exclusion criteria: 1) Currently receiving or planning to receive sleep psychotherapy;2) Presence of moderate to severe anxiety and depression (PHQ-9 > 14; GAD-7 > 14); 3) Presence of untreated or uncontrolled severe physical diseases (e.g., cancer, congestive heart failure); 4) Self-reported presence of untreated or severe mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder);5) Alcohol abuse in the past 6 months (AUDIT >= 8); 6)Plans to use or adjust the dosage of prescription or over-the-counter sleep aids; 7) Self-reported presence of one or more other untreated sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, etc; 8) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 9) Presence of suicidal ideation (the score of suicidal ideation in PHQ-9 >= 1); 10) Shift workers.
