Interventions

AL group:0.15mg/kg remazolam was followed by 10ug/kg of afentanil.
AM group:0.15mg/kg remazolam was followed by 12.5ug/kg of afentanil.
AH group:0.15mg/kg remazolam was followed by 15ug/kg of afentanil.
R group:0.15mg/kg remazolam was followed by 0.1ug/kg fentanyl.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 300 patients aged 18-60 years underwent bronchoscopic alveolar lavage. The patients with ASA grade I-III elective surgery; No acute cardiopulmonary insufficiency or organ failure; There are no contraindications to the use of drugs in the anesthesia regimen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People who have a history of allergy, contraindication to the drugs used in the anesthesia program, or who are assessed by an anesthesiologist as unable to use them; (2) Patients with acute/severe bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive airway; (3) Patients with myasthenia gravis, chronic kidney failure, chronic liver damage; (4) Mental abnormality can not cooperate with postoperative follow-up workers; (5) Refuse to carry out this research.
