Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age>=18 years old 2. Male and female 3. Patients who are scheduled to undergo lumbar plexus, sciatic nerve or sacral plexus block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to ultrasound coupling agents; 2. Patients with contraindications for nerve block; 3. Patients who have undergone previous surgeries at the intended collection site; 4. During pregnancy or lactation; 5. Participants in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
