Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Live born newborns born after the start time of the study. 2.Diagnosed with congenital birth defects during prenatal diagnosis or within 6 months after birth. 3.The families of the affected children provide informed consent and are willing to undergo long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fetuses who choose to terminate their pregnancy due to medical reasons during pregnancy. 2. Families unable to provide necessary follow-up information.
