Precision intervention group:Localization of targets in the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex area, initiation of emotional cognitive activities using emotional materials, followed by rTMS intervent
Conventional intervention group:Localization of targets in the left dorsolateral prefrontal region for rTMS intervention

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 65 years, any gender, outpatient or inpatient; (2) At least a middle school education, able to communicate effectively; (3) Meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder, both first onset and recurrence are eligible; (4) HAMD-17 score >= 14 points at the screening; (5) Voluntary participation in the study with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for other mental disorders according to DSM-5; (2) The researcher determines that there is a high risk of suicide at present; (3) History of major neurological or physical diseases; (4) Received other physical treatments within the past 3 months; (5) Contraindications for MRI examination; (6) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (7) Other conditions that the researcher deems unsuitable for participation in the study.
