Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children and adolescents aged 6-17 years who were diagnosed with obesity combined with metabolic abnormalities; 2.After six months of home- school- health linkage student health management, BMI Z-value did not decrease (Evaluation based on the threshold criteria for BMI in children and adolescents aged 0-18 in China); 3.Have a clear desire to lose weight; 4.Children and their parents agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe comprehension impairment or mental illness; 2.Participating in other studies, or have taken drugs that affect metabolism and have weight loss effects in the last 3 months; 3.The clinician assessed that participation in the study was not appropriate for other reasons;
