Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Age>=18 years old, good communication skills and able to cooperate with the completion of various testing operations; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III; 4. Diagnosed with chronic lower limb ischemic diseases (including atherosclerosis, thromboangiitis obliterans, diabetic foot, etc.); 5. Patients with vascular stenosis confirmed by CTA examination of lower limb arteries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>=40kg/m^2; 2. Those with a history of local anesthetic allergy and contraindications to nerve block anesthesia; 3. Those with serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases; 4. Patients with severe infection at the puncture site and obvious abnormality of coagulation function; 5. Patients with cognitive or mental dysfunction; 6. Those who are pregnant; 7. Patients with acute ischemic disease of the lower limbs, complete occlusion of the arteries of the lower limbs, and stenosis of the abdominal aorta and iliac arteries; 8. Patients with active arteritis.
