4 Years to 10 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of skin and soft tissue lacerations in the exposed area of the maxillofacial region extending beneath the muscular layer, with notable wound tension, and parental request for plastic surgery and cosmetic sutures; 2.Absence of preoperative anesthesia or surgical contraindications based on routine examinations; 3.Absence of significant skin tissue defects; 4.Surgery performed within 24 hours of injury; 5.Willingness to adhere to scheduled follow-up appointments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other facial organ damage ; 2 Patients with systemic injury.
