Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All lung cancer radical surgeries require lymph node dissection and postoperative placement of a thoracic drainage tube. The thoracic drainage volume is less than 500ml/day. The patient is diagnosed with chylothorax through TG testing or clinical diagnosis. The patient is enrolled with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Completely unable to eat orally; Chronic renal insufficiency with an estimated glomerular filtration rate of less than 30ml/min/1.73m2.
