Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=18 years old; (2)Meet the myocardial infarction diagnostic criteria jointly revised by the European Society of Cardiology and the American College of Cardiology in 2001; (3)In the out-of-hospital rehabilitation period (phase II rehabilitation: discharge within 1 year, phase III rehabilitation: discharge more than 1 year) and no contraindications to rehabilitation activities after evaluation; (4)Voluntary participation in this study and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with contraindications to cardiac rehabilitation activities specified in the guidelines; (2) Limb dysfunction, inability to cooperate with exercise and evaluation; (3) Severe complications; (4) Cognitive disorders, mental abnormalities.
