Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children 1 to 18 years of age with a lung infection and intended for painless bronchoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known allergies or contraindications to benzodiazepines, flumazenil, and opioids; 2. Patients with difficulty intubating, such as those with a distance of less than 4 cm or Mallampati grade 3 to 4; 3. Have a history of sleep apnea; 4.BMI >=28kg/m2; 5. The child has myasthenia gravis, mental retardation or neurological, mental and psychological diseases; Unable to have normal communication with others or family members, or unable to cooperate with investigators for other reasons.
