18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) adults between the ages of 18-80 years; (2) patients exhibiting their first symptomatic unilateral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, as confirmed by brain magnetic resonance imaging or computed tomography; (3) the sitting balance = 5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe musculoskeletal or other neurological diseases; (2) cardiovascular contraindications to exercise; (3) comorbidities that impede activity; (4) unbearable pain due to exercise; (5) if the individual has any contraindications to the use of the limb linkage device (pregnancy, etc.), it is also excluded ; (6) cerebellar or brainstem stroke.
