Control group:Control patients will receive standard pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) radiofrequency ablation
Intervention group:Further matrix improvement measures will be carried out based on PVI

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patient is 65-80 years old; 2. patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation; Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is defined as a sustained episode <= 7 days; 3. Patients can sign the written informed consent form for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone radiofrequency ablation before; 2. Patients with platelet count less than 80×10^9/L, or systemic anticoagulation contraindications to heparin, coumarin or direct thrombin inhibitors; 3. patients with left atrial size >=55mm (two-dimensional echocardiography, parasternal long axis diagram); Transthoracic echocardiography showed left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) = 3 times the upper limit); 8. History of cardiac surgery in the past 3 months; 9. Patients with a life expectancy of < 12 months; 10. Cardiac ultrasound imaging quality is poor and does not meet the requirements of image analysis.
