Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Be at least 18 years old with full informed consent; 2. There are at least 4 natural teeth in each partition of the whole mouth, and at least 2 non-adjacent teeth in each partition PD>=5mm; 3. Degree of looseness<=II. degree and no irreversible occlusal trauma; 4. Meet the indications for periodontal flap surgery; 5. Have not taken any antimicrobial drugs for 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoral implants or prostheses (crown restorations, filled restorations) and caries destruction of CEJ; 2. Accompanied by oral mucosal diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients, or those planning to become pregnant; 4. Patients with poorly controlled systemic diseases, as well as poor psychological tolerance and poor compliance; 5. Patients with diabetes mellitus; 6. Heavy smokers, smoking >=10 cigarettes/day
