Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~90 years old; (2) patients undergoing urinary catheter indwelling under general anesthesia in general surgery; (3) informed consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The operation involves structures adjacent to the genitourinary tract; (2) Presence of urethral injury, urinary tract obstruction (including severe prostatic hypertrophy), acute renal failure; (3) A urinary catheter placed by a urologist; (4) Continuous bladder irrigation is required after surgery; (5) Suffering from serious systemic diseases such as heart, lung, and kidney; (6) Urine output should be closely monitored after surgery; (7) Open wound in sacrococcygeal or perineum, pressure injury above stage III and urinary incontinence; (8) Patients who need to be fixed or unable to move after surgery, such as severe contractures, potential instability, thoracolumbar spine, and pelvic fractures; (9) Prolonged deep sedation or use of a ventilator.
