Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals aged between 18 and 80, regardless of gender. 2.Diagnosis of rectal cancer (RC) confirmed by pathological results, with no prior related treatments (including neoadjuvant therapy, immunotherapy, etc.) received. 3.Patients who consent to the use of glycerin suppositories prior to rectal MR examination. 4.Patients who agree to participate in this trial and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of drug allergies or hypersensitivity. 2.Special populations, including pregnant or lactating women, individuals with mental disorders, and others who may not be suitable for the study. 3.Patients with severe intestinal infection, severe intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, severe abdominal pain, severe cerebrovascular disease, and severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other organs . 4.Individuals who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
