The traditional group :Conventional Sagittal Split Ramus Osteotomy, where osteotomy was performed manually based on anatomical landmarks and the surgeon's expertise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malocclusion requiring single- or double-jaw orthognathic surgery. 2. Availability of complete preoperative and postoperative imaging data. 3. Patients aged 18 years or older with no systemic diseases affecting bone healing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete preoperative or postoperative imaging data. 2. Intraoperative complications requiring surgery to be aborted or alternative procedures.
