Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-59; 2.diagnosed patients with essential hypertension; 3.Proficient in using smart phones; 4.Permanent urban residents (living in the community for not less than 6 months); 5.Volunteer to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Family history of mental illness; 2.cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications; 3.A history of drug or alcohol dependence; 4.Patients with complications such as hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia;
