Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 6 years old< = age< = 12 years old; (2) Meet the criteria for diagnosing ADHD in the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-V): attention deficit is mainly manifested as difficulty in maintaining attention, easy distraction, no beginning and end of work, disorganized daily life, hyperactive impulsivity, excessive behavior that is not in harmony with the environment, noisy and impatient; (3) Not taking drugs (methylphenidate hydrochloride, atomoxetine hydrochloride and Jingling oral liquid, etc.); (4) No antibiotics and microecological preparations were used one week before the collection of stool samples; (5) All family members of the children signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age 12 years old; (2) Those who have other chronic diseases and need to be treated with drugs; (3) Patients with severe immunodeficiency diseases; (4) Those with hereditary metabolic diseases; (5) Have other serious psychological diseases (such as depression syndrome, manic syndrome, social phobia, etc.); (6) Those with severe head injury and surgery; (7) According to the judgment of the investigator, there is a possibility of reducing enrollment, such as the guardian has a mental illness, and the living or working environment changes frequently, which is easy to cause loss to follow-up.
