Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old; 2. Non invasive DNA testing was performed at Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital at 12- 26+ 6 weeks of pregnancy; 3. There are high-risk factors for Placenta Accreta Spectrum, such as a history of previous PAS, scarred uterus (previous history of cesarean section, myomectomy and other uterine surgeries), history of hysteroscopy surgery, history of uterine cavity operation (curettage, induced abortion, etc.), and conception via IVF-ET;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non live birth pregnancy outcomes such as stillbirth and neonatal death; 2. Fetal chromosomal abnormalities or structural developmental abnormalities; 3. Multiple gestations;
