18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old; 2. After admission, all patients underwent CT examination and allergen detection, and all of them were diagnosed with nasal septum deviation with/without allergic rhinitis based on their clinical symptoms. 3. All patients had no contraindications to surgery; 4. Complete basic information and good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active smoking, recent or recurrent history of exacerbation of upper and lower respiratory tract infections within 4 weeks prior to surgery were excluded; 2. History of glucocorticoid, antihistamine and antibiotic medication 4 weeks prior to surgery was excluded; 3. Exclude asthma and other allergic diseases; 4. Exclude systemic diseases, tumors, and infectious diseases.
