Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with esophagogastric junction gastric cancer confirmed by gastroscopy and pathological biopsy; 2.Did not receive any antitumor therapy before neoadjuvant therapy; 3.ECOG-PS score < 2 points; 4.Age 18-75 years old; 5.AEG patients with clinical stage II and III were identified by imaging evaluation before treatment; 6.Normal organ and bone marrow function, no immune deficiency; 7.Patients who received 3 cycles of neoadjuvant therapy; 8.Patients undergoing open total gastric D2 radical surgery after neoadjuvant therapy;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There are severe organ dysfunction; 2.Incomplete clinical data; 3.Corticosteroids or other immunosuppressants were used within 14 days before treatment; 4.Autoimmune disease or interstitial lung disease; 5.A history of other malignancies; 6.History of upper abdominal surgery;
