75 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age is 75 or above, but less than 110. 2.Diagnosed as femoral neck or intertrochanteric fracture by radiological examinations such as X-ray, CT, or MRI. 3.Femoral neck fractures are classified as Garden types I, II, III, and IV, while femoral intertrochanteric fractures are categorized according to the AO/OTA fracture classification as types 31A1, 31A2, and 31A3. 4.Injured to the point of requiring surgery within 3 weeks (21 days). 5.Due to low-energy injuries (including falls from flat ground and heights below 2 meters); 6.Undergo surgical treatment with intramedullary fixation or hemiarthroplasty/total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture/intertrochanteric fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Open fractures; 2.History of surgery on the same hip joint; 3.Existence of hip dysplasia or severe lower extremity deformity; 4.Pathological fracture; 5.Multiple fractures or injuries throughout the body; 6.combined severe metabolic bone disease;
