Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 18 years old (2) Clinical data and/or clinical samples of people diagnosed with brain metastases of lung cancer in the single center of Sir Run Shaw Hospital (team leader unit) affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine from July 2013 to December 2023. (3) Histopathological diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (4) Brain metastases confirmed by imaging (5) Have a complete EGFR gene mutation detection record (6) Received standard MRI brain imaging examination and CT lung imaging examination, and the imaging data were clear and available;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received brain radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other treatments that may affect brain imaging features (2) Those with incomplete clinical data (3) The clinical samples do not meet the requirements of the study;
