Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Preterm infants with a gestational age of less than 37 weeks. 2) Infants with a birth weight of less than 2500 grams.3)Admission to the hospital within 72 hours after birth. 3)Signed informed consent form by parents or legal guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Congenital gastrointestinal malformations, inherited metabolic diseases, or congenital immunodeficiency diseases. 2)History of severe asphyxia, infection, or hepatic or renal insufficiency at birth/enrollment. 3)Death within 72 hours after birth.
