Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preterm low birth weight infants with gestational age 18 years old ; 4.The father has normal writing and language comprehension, communication skills, and literacy skills, and can use online communication tools.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants who abandon treatment, are discharged voluntarily, or need to be transferred to hospitals due to illness; 2.Time of admission to NICU for premature infants < 7 days; 3.Preterm infants die ; 4.Premature infants have severe malformations, genetic disorders, or severe neurological disorders.
