Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Overweight and Obesity in Children Aged 2-5 Years Based on the BMI Growth Curve for Children and Adolescents from 0 to 18 Years in China; 2.Overweight and Obesity in Children Aged 6 Years and Above Based on the Chinese Industry Standard ''Screening for Overweight and Obesity Among School-Age Children and Adolescents'' (WS/T 586-2018);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to engage in physical activity; 2.Intellectual disability; 3.Severe developmental delay; 4.Pre-existing conditions including epilepsy, diabetes, cerebral palsy, and any genetic disorders; 5.Secondary obesity due to endocrine and metabolic disorders, such as Cushing’s syndrome, hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian syndrome, where extended use of glucocorticoids or imbalances in hormonal regulation lead to fat metabolism disorders and subsequent obesity; 6.Inability to communicate or cooperate with the experimental procedures;
