18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old, including 18 and 80 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Ureteral stricture caused by benign diseases: congenital ureteropelvic junction stenosis, ureteral calculi incarceration, infection (chronic inflammation, tuberculosis), endometriosis, multiple polyps, retroperitoneal fibrosis, trauma, idiopathic ureteral stenosis; 3. Ureteral stricture caused by malignant diseases: radiotherapy for abdominal and pelvic tumor compression, urinary tumor, colon cancer or cervical cancer; 4. Iatrogenic ureteral stenosis: Ureteral ischemia caused by surgical separation, after partial ureterectomy and anastomosis, after ureteroscopic surgery, after urinary diversion, and after kidney transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot tolerate surgery for various reasons. 2. Patients with hypertonic neurogenic bladder (except those with long-term indwelling catheter) 3. Severe ureteral stricture caused by malignant tumor compression and ureter unable to expand to more than 15F.
