Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-55 years old; 2. Primary school education or above; 3. Meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria - diagnosis of bipolar disorder; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 5. Normal mental development, no color deficiency or color blindness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Electroconvulsive/magnetic stimulation therapy within one month; 2. Diagnosed with organic cognitive impairment, mental retardation, severe alcohol or psychoactive substance/drug addiction; 3. Severe physical illness; physical illness or substance-induced mental disorder; 4. Severe psychiatric symptoms that make them unable to cooperate with questionnaires and clinical assessments; 5. Abnormal other metabolic indicators: abdominal obesity (waist circumference >=90 for males and >=85 for females), hypertension, fasting TG >=1.70, HDL-C <1.04; 6. Diagnosis of T1DM or diabetes during pregnancy; 7. Use of anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 1 month.
