Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Premenopausal women aged > = 18 years old 2. Have a history of sexual activity 3. No childbearing requirements within 1 year 4. Ultrasound examination showed endometrial polyps 5. All were diagnosed as EP by hysteroscopy and pathological examination 6. There is an indication for TCRP, and TCRP is planned 7. Complete clinical data and complete follow-up 8. Whether the patient agrees to participate in this trial and has signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation, menopause 2. Have a pregnancy plan within one year 3. There was no abnormality in biochemical examination, and there was no acute genital tract infection or other contraindications to transvaginal surgery 4. Combined with uterine fibroids, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome and other gynecological benign and malignant diseases 5. Uterus is too large, malformed, etc 6. Combined with severe liver, kidney, heart and other organ insufficiency 7. Treatment of related drug allergies or surgical contraindications 8. Current or planned use of hormonal medications
