Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Including serous cavity effusion routine examination smear samples from Changhai Hospital and 9 external validation centers from January 1, 2018, to November 30, 2024, with malignant serous cavity effusion smear samples accounting for 60%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poor staining quality; The number of nucleated cells is less than 100×10^6/L; Samples of patients with missing clinical information (diagnosis, pathological results).
