Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for patients with diabetes are as follows: 1) Patients with diabetes mellitus confirmed by the endocrinologist of the hospital based on clinical history and examination; 2) Be between the ages of 18~70 years and provide written informed consent prior to any study-related procedures; 3) No organic lesions such as pancreatitis and pancreatic mass. Healthy volunteers. The specific enrollment criteria are as follows: 1) Age>= 18 years old and <=70 years old; 2) No diabetes and other metabolic diseases; 3) Understand the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for diabetic patients are as follows: 1) Other diseases that cause abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism, such as obesity, fatty liver hyperlipidemia, anorexia and other metabolic diseases; 2) Combined with malignant tumors or serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; 3) Combined with severe infection and inflammatory diseases; 4) acute complications of diabetes such as ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar coma; 5) Those who are unable to communicate normally, understand or follow instructions, and cannot cooperate with treatment and evaluation due to language communication difficulties; 6) Patients who are not suitable for PET or MRI scanning, including pregnant or lactating women; Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; Patients with ferromagnetic metal insertion in the body, severe claustrophobia, etc. The exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers are as follows: 1) Have contraindications to PET or MRI examination or cannot tolerate imaging examination for other reasons; 2) Other conditions that the investigator deems unsuitable as a healthy volunteer.
