Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent surgical treatment at Tiantan Hospital with a pathological diagnosis of glioma, classified according to the 2021 World Health Organization classification of central nervous system tumors. 2.Age between 18 and 75 years, with no gender restrictions. 3.Provided of informed consent, either personally or through a legal representative (such as a spouse, parent, or adult child).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a pathological diagnosis of other intracranial space-occupying lesions (non-gliomas) or those who are unable to provide informed consent for any reason.
