Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have undergone laparoscopic total hysterectomy, laparoscopic myomectomy, and laparoscopic removal of pelvic masses under general anesthesia; (2) Age: 18-65 years old; (3) Body Mass Index (BMI): 18-30kg/m2; (4) ASA grading: I to II; (5) Fully understand the test method and treatment purpose of this test, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who are unable to cooperate, such as those with mental illness or intellectual disabilities; (2) Those with diabetes mellitus or thyroid gland abnormalities; (3) Long-term use of drugs that affect blood sugar metabolism (such as insulin, cortisol, etc.); (4) People with severe insufficiency of the heart, lungs, kidneys and other organs; (5) People who are allergic to magnesium sulphate; (6) a person who does not understand or rejects the test method; (7) Blood sugar before surgery is above normal range.
