Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years.; 2. ASA grade I and II; 3. Clinical participants expected to undergo total intravenous anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non sinus rhythm; 2. Preoperative use of alpha and beta blockers; 3. MAP>120mmHg before anesthesia induction; 4. Thyroid dysfunction; 5. Surgical time<30 minutes; 6. Lateral and prone position surgery; 7. History of overt heart failure; 8. Arrhythmia; 9. Left ventricular ejection fraction<50%; 10. significant valvular heart disease; 11. Cardiomyopathy
