Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.CIN2/3 patients who were referred for colposcopy due to abnormal cervical cancer screening results and were initially diagnosed by cervical biopsy and histology; 3.Good communication skills, written comprehension and writing ability; 4.Sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy; 2.Cervical adenocarcinoma in situ; 3.The transformation area is not completely visible; 4.Invasive carcinoma cannot be excluded;
