Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic macular edema outlined in the *Clinical Practice Guidelines for Diabetic Retinopathy (2022)*. 2. Patients aged 18 years or older, including individuals aged 75 years and above, without psychiatric disorders and demonstrating good compliance. 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe complications, such as vitreous hemorrhage, neovascular glaucoma, requiring vitrectomy, or having received anti-VEGF injections prematurely. 2. Patients with psychiatric disorders or communication impairments.
