Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically diagnosed invasive breast cancer patients with LVI status confirmed through postoperative pathological examination of tissue samples. 2.Imaging characteristics meeting the required criteria, including T2-weighted imaging (T2WI) with fat suppression, Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), T1-weighted imaging, T1 dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging, and the IMPULSED sequence based on Quantitative Temporal Diffusion Spectroscopy Imaging (qTDSI). 3.Patients who undergo breast mastectomy or breast tumor resection within two weeks after MRI scanning. 4.Patients who have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with poor MRI image quality or the presence of artifacts. 2.Patients who have undergone neoadjuvant chemotherapy prior to surgery. 3.Patients who have had a breast lesion biopsy prior to MRI scanning. 4.Patients whose LVI status cannot be clearly determined by pathology
