Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with lumbar disc herniation, aged 18 to 65 years; 2) the patient experienced moderate to severe pain (Visual Analogue Score [VAS] score>=4); 3) Not treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for at least one month prior to enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or peptic ulcer; 2) Patients with contraindications to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as allergies or other conditions that make the use of non-steroidal contraindications unsafe; 3) Pregnant or lactating women; 4) Patients with severe comorbidities, such as severe cardiovascular or renal disease.
