Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Dental Nurse: (1) Dental Nurse; (2) Engaged in four-hand operation position for >= 1 year; (3) Voluntary participation in this study; 2.Nursing managers: (1) Head nurse of a dental hospital; (2) Carry out four-hand operation work in the department; (3) voluntary participation in this study. 3.Dentists: (1) Dental specialists with intermediate and senior professional titles; (2) Experience in diagnosis and treatment with four-handed operation nurses; (3) voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) off duty personnel due to vacation and other reasons; (2) Unable to complete the interview due to various reasons.
